Rev. James C. III
Rev. James C. Williams III, 58, passed Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at The Toledo Hospital. Born in Toledo on June 3, 1958 to James and Rosalyn Williams. Educated at Devilbiss HS and the University of Toledo, James later succeeded his father as Sr. Pastor of the Tabernacle of Faith Worship Center. He is survived by his wife, Carletta; daughters, Janae (Mylan) Welborn and Jamia Williams; sons, James (Jacquelynn) Williams IV, Jordan (Jennifer) Williams and Ketaan Wyatt; 13 grandchildren; his mother; 2 sisters and a host of family and friends.
Homegoing Services are Thursday, February 16th at 11 a.m., preceded by a 10:00 a.m. Family hour. Visitation is Wednesday, February 15th from 6-8 p.m. All services will be held at Tabernacle of Faith Worship Center, 701 W. Central Ave. Services entrusted to The House of Day Funeral Service.

to my aunt, and family jims wife children, and church family. when one of gods soliders is called home it,s so hard to let them go. but this is even harder. knowing him all my life and watching the person he became was a blessing. the memories will go on but to not have him is hard. my cousin i know your looking down now with the rest of the family and saints that have gone before. and you will prepare a place for us yet to come. but losing you so soon is just so hard and hurts the heart. we will remember you and cherish your memory. and all the good times we shared together. for all the souls you pointed to christ and you served him all your life, for those you taught and mentored and reminded them that he is real your soul now rests with him.

Condolence to you and your family. Barb called me from Vegas last week with the sad news about your husband. Take comfort in knowing Carletta,that there is no more suffering,there is no more pain "HALLELUJAH THANK YOU JESUS". God knows best, so he took him home to rest. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. I met Jim at SSOE where we work in same dept. he was a joy to work with and shared his relationship with the Lord. My heart grieved with yours when I heard of his passing. Working with Jim have giving me many memory of the friendship we shared at SSOE I know he will be missed. We have lost contact once I left Toledo but never forgotten God speed my friend you is at rest.
