Janet Fox Obituary
03/04/1961 - 12/31/2024
Janet Lynn Fox, age 63, left behind her earthly body on December 31, 2024, to join Jesus, her Lord and Savior, in Heaven. Janet was born March 4, 1961, to Don and Judy (Chizmar) Liszak, and graduated from Start High School in 1979. Janet married her best friend, Terry Fox, on April 25,1987. Together they enjoyed boating on Lake Erie, fishing for Walleye and Perch. They also loved the outdoors, camping at East Harbor and Pokagon State parks.
Janet liked to cook for her family on the holidays, and especially cook her family's Hungarian recipes. Most of all, Janet loved spending time with her grandsons, watching them grow and play. She accomplished nothing spectacular in this world, except for loving her family deeply and doing her best to serve others.
Janet was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Liszak; and is survived by her husband, Terry; son, Joshua (Kerri); daughter, Gabrielle (Kyle); grandsons, Layne and Jace; father, Don; brother, Daniel; sisters, Donna and Marti (Greg); and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Her family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home, 1757 Tremainsville Rd., Wednesday, January 8, after 4 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6 p.m.
