Jeffrey R.
Jeffrey R. Rice, age 61, of Toledo, OH, died unexpectedly on March 16, 2016. He was born on November 4, 1954, to Bernard D. Rice and Dorothy A. (Rice) Setmire. He was kind, friendly, funny, compassionate and a good son and brother. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy A. Setmire, of Florida; brothers, David L. (Diane) Rice, of Temperance, MI and Darrel L. Rice, of Toledo, OH; sister, Susan F. (Sam) Rice, of New Orleans, Louisiana; lifelong dear friend and companion, Donna Weddle, of Holland, OH; and a host of family and friends. A memorial in celebration of his life will be held at a future date. As published in The Blade

I hung out with Jeff when I was in High School. He had awesome parties, and I remember them as a cool part of my growing up. Jeff was a very nice guy. Funny, a bit mischievous, but always straight up with you and ready to rock and roll. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

One of my best friends growing up.I lived across the street on Pawnee Rd. I remember so many things like our bike trips to arts farm and many life events as we were growing up which I cant talk about lol. I always admired Jeff and looked up to him.
