Joseph Gerlach Obituary
September 3, 1943 - February 20, 2024
Joseph William Gerlach, age 80, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on February 20, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Woodward High School in Toledo, Ohio, in 1963. Joseph was a longtime employee at the North Coast Behavioral Health Center.
Joseph is survived by his sister, Mrs. Therese Jaqua; 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Keplinger; father, Theodore Gerlach; and close friend, Mr. Howard Williams.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at St. Martin de Porres Church, 1119 Bancroft Street, Toledo, Ohio 43606. A funeral service will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m. following calling hours. Interment will be held at a later date at Troy Township Cemetery. Arrangements for Joseph were made in the care of Walker Funeral Home – Oregon Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com
