Joseph Veitch Obituary

Joseph "Joey" F Veitch

04/21/1991 - 06/01/2023

Our beloved son, cherished brother, precious nephew, treasured friend, Joseph, Joe, Joey, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 32, on Thursday, June 1, 2023.

Joey was born April 21, 1991 to Keith Veitch and Jacqueline Burkhardt.

Joey always brought joy and happiness to people around him and always wanted everyone to enjoy and love life as much as he did.

Joey graduated from Bowsher High School in 2009 where he excelled in academics and athletics. In particular, track and field and football. He was also an eagle scout.

Joe had a deep seeded love for music, playing his guitar, and utilizing his knowledge as a tech expert in web design making websites for various businesses.

Left to miss and mourn Joey are his mother, Jacqueline Burkhardt (Todd), mother, Dorothy Veitch (John); brothers, Jacob Veitch, Joshua Veitch (Jess), Nathan Vallejo (Sarah), Jeremy Glyda (Angelique), Justin Burkhardt (Amber); sisters, Theresa Weaver (Brian), Alyssa Burkhardt; grandparents, Joseph and Judy Zargo; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Keith Veitch; and grandparents, Francis and Mary Veitch.

Joey left this earth too soon just like his father before him, he is now at rest with his dad. Let's remember Joseph, Joe, Joey as always being upbeat and an avid Brown's and Buckeye fan that was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

A celebration of Joey's life will be held at a later date.
