Joshua Albring Obituary

ALBRING Joshua J. Joshua J. Albring, 20, of Sylvania Township, died tragically, Friday September 22, 2006, the result of a motorcycle crash that occurred in the Columbus area. Josh was a 2004 graduate of Sylvania Southview High School. He will be remembered by friends as always being the "designated driver". Josh had previously attended Owens Community College and was currently studying Environmental Science at the Hocking Hills College. He had enjoyed working at his family's business, Lumber Jacks, in Ottawa Lake, MI since he was 14 years old. Josh was unique; he was a Catholic, Protestant, Christian who faithfully served his Lord Jesus Christ everyday. He is survived by his loving parents, James and Kathy (Rezbanyay) Albring; sisters Becky, Annette, and Lisa Albring; brothers, Eric, Jason, and Justin Albring; special friend Angela Pappas, and a host of friends too numerous to mention. Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Thursday September 28th from 3-9 p.m., where funeral services will be conducted by Fr. Martin Donnelly Friday at 3 p.m. Josh's family would like to thank Angela, his soul mate, for all her help and loving strength, during this terrible time. God blessed his time on earth, but we know the best is still, yet to come. Those wishing to give memorials are asked to consider the Future Farmers of America Scholarship Fund, C/O Sylvania City Schools. www.reebfuneralhome.com

Kathy and Jim,

Our heart felt sympathy’s to you and your family. Josh was a good person. It was a joy watching him grow the two years I knew him. He had a very sharp mind and a hard working attitude about life. I often thought, I bet this is what Jim was like as a teenager. We just now found out about Josh’s passing, so sorry we were not at the funeral. We’ll pray for Josh and his final resting place.

I'm sorry to hear a good man passed. Josh and I were in O.W.E. together. We had a blast in that class. And all of the times we skated, he was truly a gifted skater. God bless Josh and his good kind soul, and god bless his family.

My heart goes out to the Albring family; I had the pleasure of knowing Josh from the Bank. He was always nice and a pleasure to chat with from time to time. I know he will be sorely missed.

Although adjusting to the loss and loneliness caused by death takes time, we need to remember that even this most extreme experience does not separate us or our loved ones from God's plan or His love: "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, . . . nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).

I knew Josh from coming in Sky Bank with his dad. He was a very respectable person. My prayers go out to the family. Please remember that to be absent from the body is to be present with the lord. I know that Josh is in good hands.
