Mr. Mann, 78, passed Friday, February 12, 2021, in his home. Surviving are wife, Edna Mann; sons, Allen, Larry Jr., and Brian Mann; daughters, Alesia, Tracy and Kelley Mann and 16 grandchildren. Family Hour/Wake and Funeral Service, 10 and 11 a.m. Saturday, February 20, 2021, at The C. Brown Funeral Home, Inc. Chapel, 1629 Nebraska Avenue, Toledo, OH 43607.

Hi family, you all have my sympathy and love. I miss cousin Larry dearly. He called me almost every Sunday and used to joke with me about me getting married one day. I'm glad to say I was able to have one more conversation with him and tell him about my new husband this past January. I love you all!

I'm so so sorry to hear about Larry. I just found out today. My heart is truly sad. We worked together at the Board for over 19 years. Rest in peace Larry Manns.
