Laura J. Enos

ENOS Laura J. (Fraser) Laura J. (Fraser) Enos, 81, died peacefully November 21st, 2007, after enjoying her breakfast favorite, a bowl of warm cream of wheat. Laura was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother, and a friend to many. While her physical strength weakened during the last year of her life, her spirit soared. It's been said the body is merely clothing for the soul and when the soul becomes so large, it must leave the body. That, we believe, happened with Laura. Her family already misses her and those big brown eyes filled with so much expression, but she told us she would be with us always; we are going to hold her to it. She is survived by her husband, of 57 years, James of Ann Arbor; daughter, Vikki of Ann Arbor; son, James Jr. and partner, Rene Balboa of Chicago; son, Jay and wife, Leisha of Toledo, Ohio; and grandson, Cody Enos of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mitch, and grandson, Clay Mitchell. Laura was lovingly cared for by the many staff and volunteers at Arbor Hospice. Her life and the lives of her family were enriched by all of the "angels on earth" at Arbor Hospice who made the last months of her life fun, peaceful and happy. We send our heartfelt thanks to all of you. The family of Laura Enos Per Laura's request, cremation has taken place and a private family ceremony was held.
