LOUIE J. WAGNER

10/24/43 - 08/09/25

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Louie J. Wagner, age 81, of Majestic Care in Perrysburg, OH, who died August 9, 2025. He was born October 24, 1943, in Swanton, OH, and was preceded in death by his parents, William L. Wagner and Lona Jane (Jacobs) Wagner; his sister, Theresa Octaviano; and brother, Joseph Wagner.

He is survived by his children, Wendy Clinger and Kurt Wagner; 3 grandchildren; and 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He graduated from Swanton High School in 1961, served in the U.S. Navy for 3 years, and went on to a 30 year career at Chrysler Toledo machining plant in Perrysburg, retiring in 1999.

We want to thank Tim and Carol Wagner and Deb Wagner for their devotion to his care and comfort and also the nurses of Majestic Care.

The funeral will be a private service for family. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice in his name.
