Louis Spanoudis, 88, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. He was born in Huntington, WV, to Constantino and Andronike Spanoudis. He resided in Toledo, Ohio, moving to Dublin in 1985.

He was preceded by Madonna Marie, his beloved wife of 55 years (2016); twin brother, Pete (2020) and older brother, Chris (2005). He is survived by sister, Henrietta Galyas; children, Georgana, Steve, and Chris; 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grands, 4 great-great-grands, and many nieces and nephews.

He graduated from the University of Toledo and worked for Owens-Illinois as an engineer, scientist, and inventor, with many patents to his name. He was an avid photographer, lapidarist, golfer, card-player, and traveler. Louis and Madonna crisscrossed the U.S. and Canada with close friends Len and Carol Kutzke. He greatly enjoyed time with family, spent winter months in Florida, and exercised regularly with friends at Lifetime Fitness. He was kind, humorous, patient, generous, and supportive to friends and family. He was greatly admired and will be dearly missed.
