Alfie & family,
We are saddened by the news. Like Diane, we remember how in love you two were. Your wedding was an affair to remember. Hadn't seen you since one of the family reunions at Jerry's house. Your visits to New York to Aunt Margie and Uncle Johnny's house were always special. Please know how much we are thinking of you and holding you tight in prayer.

Douglas and Family ~
I am so very sorry to hear of your tremendous loss. Although I didn't know her very well - only through dance - I will remember always how much you and your family meant to her - she ADORED you all! My heart hurts hearing of her passing. May His love and comfort be prevalent in the coming days and beyond and her love for you shine on forever.

Marilyn was a remarkable woman who could do it all. She kept a beautiful home for her family and was an incredible cook. Her love for her children and husband was unsurpassed. She possessed a wry wit and was quick to share it. She appreciated her family and friends and adored her wonderful children. Her and her husband worked together to give their kids the best childhood experiences one could hope for. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her, including myself.

I have such fond memories of my sister-in-law Marilyn. I remember how young and in love Alfie and Marilyn were. They exhumed happiness. Marilyn had such a desire for perfection. No one I know could work like she did. Her children's playroom was a young child's dream and all the nieces and nephews love to go there. Give her a project and you knew no one would complete it better. Such a sense of humor. She loved her children beyond belief and though she suffered a lot with cancer, she never complained or said why me. She was so fun to be around. I will miss her more that I can say. I loved you, Marilyn Burkhardt
