Marilyn M.
Marilyn M. Tracy, age 89, of Holland, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at Spring Meadows Extended Care Facility. She was born on April 7, 1925, to Lyle and Gwendolyn (Sutliff) Downing in Toledo. Marilyn loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her 8 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence Tracy; second husband, Jack Gigandet and son, Jerry Tracy, August 25, 2014. Marilyn is survived by her loving sons, Dennis (Liz) and Richard (Martha) Tracy; daughter-in-law, Suzette Tracy; grandchildren, Andy (Kristen), Kyle (Ali), Zack (Kaitlyn), Luke, Sarah, Hannah, Alexandra and Michelle; one great-grandbaby on the way, and twin sister, Evelyn Emch.
The family will receive guests on Monday from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
Those wishing to make memorial contributions in honor of Marilyn are asked to consider Children's Outreach Ministries or Olivet Lutheran Church.
