Maurice MC FARLAND Jr.

MC FARLAND Mr. Maurice Jr. Mr. Maurice McFarland Jr. departed this life at the age of 57 on February 23, 2010. He had suffered a long time from illness, but was surrounded by loved ones at the time of departure. He was born on April 12, 1952, in Pacoima, CA to Betty White and Maurice McFarland Sr. He was then raised by his grandmother, Lilly White. Preceding him in death was his grandmother and father. Maurice moved to Toledo, OH in 1990 where he later married Gloria B. Rayford. To this union Montrice McFarland was born. He had a dual membership at Mt. Sinai Pentecostal Church and Precious Blood Church. He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Gloria B. McFarland; sons, Maurice McFarland III in Las Vegas, NV, Montrice McFarland, Quenten Rayford, both in Toledo, OH; daughters, Sheherah Rayford, Shemiah Rayford, both in Toledo, OH; his mother, Betty Tynes in Lauder Hill, FL; sisters, Ellee McFarland in Vallejo, CA, Patricia Hill in Baltimore, MD, Victoria (Arnell) Bell in Dana Beach, FL; brother, Darrell Tynes in Bakersfield, CA; great aunts, Annie Pledger-Smith in Palm Dale, CA, and Lillian Marsh in Lake View Terrace, CA; 13 grandchildren; 10 nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday 4-7 p.m. Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel. Wake services Monday 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 12:00 noon, Mt. Sinai Pentecostal Church, 809 N.
