Mike was probably my oldest friend. We shared adventures in our youth, when we were so strong that we never gave a thought to our mortality, and I will miss him terribly.
I thought we had a little more time, Mike, but I'm sure that you are, indeed, resting in peace now. I love you like a brother.
My whole heart goes out to Marissa, Philip, Marge, and brothers, Dick and Phil.
