Michael K.
Michael K. Sabin, 58, of Rossford, OH passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at Bowling Green Manor, Bowling Green, OH. Michael was born August 19, 1954, in Ft. Wayne, IN to Joan and Jack Sabin.
Michael was a graduate of Woodward High School and later served in U.S. the Army from 1972 until 1976. He was in the 1st Artillery Division based in Kansas. He worked as a Fork Lift Operator with Calphalon for 25 years and worked at Kroger for the past 5 years. He loved golf and was an avid Minnesota
Viking and Detroit Tigers fan. He was president of the VFW Post in Rossford, OH.
Michael is survived by his son, Nicholas of Eau Claire, WI; parents, Joan and Jack Sabin of Grand Rapids, OH; brothers, Marty (Barbara) Sabin of Neapolis, OH, John Sabin of Port Clinton, OH; sister, Debra (Craig) Peabody of Toledo, OH and many nieces, nephews, aunts,
uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 5, 2013, from 2:00 till 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. at Wright-Habegger Funeral Home, 24084 W. Second St., Grand Rapids, OH 43522. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. also at Wright-Habegger Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Memorial Contributions in memory of Michael may be made to: Project iAm of Toledo, OH to raise money for autism or Donor's Choice.
