Nancy Stiles Obituary
Nancy M. Stiles, passed away peacefully after a long battle with health issues. She was born June 16, 1942 to Andrew and Dorothy Csomos in Toledo. Nancy attended Blessed Sacrament, Central Catholic, and the University of Toledo. She retired from Owens-Illinois and the United Way of Greater Toledo. Nancy loved to travel, enjoyed retirement, and just plain loved getting out while her health allowed. She enjoyed reading mystery books, shopping, collecting knickknacks, leaded crystal and ringing bells.
Nancy fought an uphill battle as a single mother. She raised three kids, and honestly taught them how to stand on their own two feet! She is survived by the following family members: daughter, Lisa (Harvey) Trombley; sons, Mike (Amy) Stiles, Paul (Michelle) Stiles; along with sister, Patricia (Tony) Slawinski; brothers, John (Judi) Csomos and Dan (Tracie) Csomos. She has three grandchildren, Nick, Sydney, and Ian; along with a wealth of nieces and nephew who are now having kids of their own. She was preceded in death by her brother, James (Kathi) Csomos.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff at The Lakes of Sylvania. Nancy will miss you all, along with the numerous friends she leaves behind.
Visitation is Thursday at Ansberg-West Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 3000 Sylvania Avenue where funeral services will commence at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Sight Center. Condolences for Nancy's family may be expressed online at

My condolences to the family, especially Lisa. Nancy was one in a million and will be greatly missed. Enjoyed our monthly dinners with the girls. Prayers for the family.
