Paullette King Obituary
Paullette
Paullette King (Nunn), died unexpectedly on April 22, 2016 in Cleveland, Ohio at the age of 69.
Paullette was born to
parents, Annette and Hazel Paul Nunn on July 19, 1946 in Toledo, OH. She grew up as the eldest of four and was a Scott High School Bulldog.
Paullette started her family, had five children and was
formerly married to Officer Roderick King and later, to Morris Russell. Paullette made many lifelong friends over the 20+ years working at General Mills. Later in life, Paullette dedicated her time to her family, her faith and her catering endeavors. Her family remembers her as a strong, generous, fashion-forward, loving woman.
Paullette's mouthwatering, palate-pleasing cooking left you wanting more and was unmatched. She was an
excellent cook, known for her amazing culinary creations, including her cheesecakes, layered cakes and cupcakes. Paullette was also known for her grilled ribs with homemade barbecue sauce. She was a generous and dedicated person that loved her family and was passionate about guiding and assisting each generation to achieve their goals. She was also an
active and dedicated ministry member of the Cornerstone Church.
Paullette is survived by her children, Debra Ann King, Columbus, OH, Daniene Lott, Toledo, OH, Roderick “Lyte N Rod” A. King, Toledo, OH and Paul Alexander King, Toledo, OH; siblings, Gerald James Nunn, Atlanta, GA and Norma Ardrey, Toledo, OH; uncle, John Fowler and a host of cousins as well as 21 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren, plus one on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, Annette Fowler and Hazel Paul Nunn; her daughter, Dana Marie Martin and her brother, Joe Nathan Nunn.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on
Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Cornerstone Church, 1520 S. Reynolds Rd, Maumee, OH 43537, where family will receive guests after 10:00 a.m. Arrangements are by C. Brown Funeral Home. All are welcome to attend and

Paulette Nunn- King..was not only an childhood friend of our family later in life she became family ..her two brothers Joe..& ..Greald married my two sisters. Mary Anne King..and Bridgette Toler..both of my sister's has passed also Mary 's husband Joe Nunn has passed also. Over the years we have shared great joy..awesome sadniess .and we have did our best to support each other thru it all.
