Please know that my thoughts are with the family and freinds of PHILIP H. Pearlman.

He obviously led a most productive life and accomplished many things, of which he, family and friends were and can be most proud.

I grew up in Toledo and remember the name "Perlman" I didn't know Mr. Philip Perlman. but we are fraternity brothers of Alpha Epsilon Pi.

I also lived in Chicago and now live in suburban Cumming in Atlanta GA

Thoughtfully,

Richard W. Bracker
