I knew Phillis when I was 16 and she was 19. She read aloud a passage from a Mark Twain book that then became one of my favorite books that I still own today. I admired her then and later when I reconnected with her on facebook.

Phyllis and Dan were angels in our midst. Rarely do two people make such a difference in the lives of so many. They will always be remembered, loved and deeply missed.

Phyllis volunteered with Animal House Rescue for many years until recently. That´s how I got to know her and she was always to foster a dog in need and offered her grooming services to the rescue dogs. She was a great lady.
