Robert E. Beebe, 82, of Holland, OH, passed into the arms of Jesus Christ, his Savior, with his family by his side on May 17, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born on May 31, 1941, in Holland to Ralph E. and Pearl May (Myers) Beebe.

Bob graduated from Holland High School in 1959. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1962. Bob worked in construction for many years as a carpenter with his brother, James Beebe. He retired from Lathrop Construction in April of 2002.

Bob was an avid gardener. He also enjoyed hunting deer and bear with his family and friends. Most important, however, was spending time with his grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob, Dalton, Hannah, Riley, Robert, and Colton.

Robert is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marilu (Chadwick) Beebe; brother, James (Lois) Beebe; sisters, Marlene (Louis) Buckenmeyer, and Janice Beebe; children, Christine (Mike) Behler, Camille (Rick) Sluder and Jason (Cheryl) Beebe; 7 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Sharon Beebe; and nephews, Donald Beebe and John Beebe.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life – Jesus Christ the Son of God (John 3:16).
