Diane & Danny, Bob and each of you came to my mind in thinking of Jason’s funeral tomorrow. I googled Bob’s name. I had no idea Bob had passed. This deepens my grief. I can only hope the reunion in the stars is a joyous one for Bobby, Larry , Bob & Jason. Causing mischief I bet! Love Judy Wright (Cutsinger) 419-410-0087

I met Bob when he was a Toledo Police officer and was projecting at Southwyck Mall. I was a security officer at the Lion Store. Bob gave me encouragement to keep working on my dream of being a Toledo police officer. Eventually that dream came true. RIP Sir. My condolences to the family.

Don't forget about Bob Hannon at Marble lake in Quincy, Michigan. Bob and Diane are the most generous people that I've met at Marble lake where my parents first built their summer cottage over 70 years ago. Bob's hobo dinners at his lake property were amazing. I'm a little older than Bob and I was probably a bad influence on him. We would sit outside in the winter by his constant campfire with our beers in the snow and sign Irish songs with tears running down our face. Many raft rides on the lake and Bob always invited people to join in the fun. Bob kept his yard and lawn like a golf course. He was a great cook especially at the outside grill. Diane knows his got distracted from watching the grill because of me and some delicacies got sinnged but we ate them anyway. We don't waste food. I could tell so many stories about Bob at the lake here. Bob would send food home with me for my mom that I was taking care of at her lake house. Such generosity from Diane and Bob. There son Danny can be very proud of his mom and dad. Bob was the best neighbor I've ever had. I loved Bob like my brother. I only wish I had told him so. Bob once told me at the Coldwater library that he appreciated me being such a good neighbor to him. I never meant to offend him but sometimes I had to not go to Bob's because of my bad influence. Bob is a gentle giant and a lovely man. Thank you Bob and Diane and Danny for your friendship at Marble lake God bless you all. This is Mike O'Connor from Marble lake via Chicago.
