Aunt Ev, Marty, Carol & Families,
You have my deepest sympathies on the death of your husband and father.
I believe my "Uncle Bob" to be one of the kindest and caring people I have met. His smile and compassionate nature will be greatly missed. He thoughtfully made me a rudder for my 320 sailboat when mine was lost and came to the "rescue" on my wedding day by bringing my "husband to be" his shirt which was inadvertently left at Canary Cleaners!
I was fortunate to see him and spend time with him over the years, since I too shared his passion for sailing.
He will be missed!
Sending my sympathies and MUCH Love :)

Family.
I am so sad to hear of Bobs passing. I have known all the Pearson families since my mom and dad moved to the POINT in 1948. Marty and I lived right down the street on 119 th. until 1979 when we moved to LIVONIA. We would stop by to say hi when we came to visit my mom, Jeanette. We have a cabin in Vanderbilt Michigan. Last year I visited Bob and gave him a picture of the building that was the PEARSON GENERAL STORE in Boyne City owned by his father. I had heard many stories over the years from both Bobs and Keiths familes. When riding around the country side I stopped into the Boyne City historical office. There was a lady there that knew of the store and said that "JACK PEARSONS GENERAL STORE HAD THE BEST PENNEY CANDY IN BOYNE CITY". He was a very good man who never showed nothing but kindness to all he met.

Bob was a wonderful sailor and a great friend. One of my cherished memories was Bob calling us to help organize a Christmas carrolling adventure with other JRSC members. It proved to be a great time for everyone involved. I will miss his smile and friendship. I will keep Bob and his family in my prayers.
