Roger Peace Obituary
Roger Lee
Roger Peace, age 66, of Temperance, MI passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. The son of John and Estaline (Strunk) Peace, he was born July 2, 1948, in Toledo. A graduate of Whitmer High School, he then served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He married Deborah Fleck in 1973. A Mortgage Officer, Roger retired from Fifth Third Bank and was employed with numerous financial institutions through the years.
An avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, Roger also enjoyed softball, golf, and traveling.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; daughter, Angela Peace; son, Christopher Peace; grandsons, Gavin and Parker Hull; sister, Sue Crane of California; brother, Richard Peace of Arizona, and Edward and Walter Bunch of Toledo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lisa; sisters, Donna Abbott, Kathleen Crane, and brother, Ronnie Peace.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI where there will be visiting after 10:00 a.m.
Memorial tributes may be made to Mercy Cancer Center, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or Ability Center of Greater Toledo.

I know without a doubt he is now in a better place where is no more suffering and no more pain. One day we will join him again until then he will remain here in our hearts. My mom truly misses her brother even though they lived so far apart. Our prayers are now with you aunt Debbie, stay strong and carry on, you can do it!!
