Ronnie Wilburn Obituary

Ronnie T. Wilburn

Ronnie T. Wilburn, 71, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021.

He was born October 13, 1949, to Ross and Helen (Woods) Wilburn of Maryville, TN.

Ronnie served his country in the Armed Forces (Army) during the Vietnam War. He was a skilled Journeyman who worked in various trades throughout his life. Ronnie was also an expert with firearms and enjoyed traveling with his brother, Richard, to muzzleloader competitions. An avid fisherman, Ronnie and his brothers would take their annual Fall season fishing trip to the Upper Peninsula, Michigan. He loved movies and music and had a gift of singing and musical intelligence. Ronnie instinctively could play a piece of music on his guitar after having just heard it. The American Indian culture was of great interest and enjoyment to Ronnie. In remembrance, a quote from Chief Seattle, "There is no death only a change of worlds." You are greatly missed, but your Spirit shares many gifts along your new path.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Larry and Richard. Ronnie is survived by his ex-wife, Maria; daughters, Patricia and Teresa; his sisters, Debra, Brenda and Patricia; his 5 grandchildren; and several other relatives.

Aunt Maria, Trish and Teresa,

Your are always in my thoughts and prayers. I know the brothers are all together again with grandma and grandpa enjoying each other probably fishing and telling jokes about us, as always. I love you all.
