Ruth FRANK Obituary

FRANK Ruth E. (Steinke) Ruth E. (Steinke) Frank, age 89, of Perrysburg, OH passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010, at her daughter's home in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. She was born on May 27, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio. Ruth grew up in Elmore, OH in her early years and married Bernie of Toledo in 1944. Ruth has been a resident of Perrysburg for 66 years. She has been a life-long member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Toledo, and has been a member of the Ladies Aid Society. Ruth was also a member of the American Legion Post 183 in Pemberville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernie G. Frank, and brothers, Oscar "Ock" Steinke of Elmore and Harold Steinke of Toledo. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne (Frank) Schmandt of Reynoldsburg, OH, and grandsons, Matthew Schmandt, of Pickerington, OH, and Alan Schmandt, of Reynoldsburg, OH. Family and friends may visit at the Sujkowski Funeral Home of Rossford, 830 Lime City Rd., on Monday, September 27th from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 28th, at 11:00 AM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 106 Plumer St., Toledo. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Suzanne,
I'm sure you don't remember me. I'm Paula Lindhorst's daughter. Your Mom and my Mom(who was a Steinke)were cousins. I use to see your Mom at Oak Shade. She always was such a pleasant,happy person. Sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
