Sandra Marie Birner, Portland, Oregon, formerly of Houston, Texas and Toledo, Ohio. Born January 3, 1921, to Walter T and Pearl (Barnes) Riker in Toledo, Ohio. She was predeceased by toddler brother, Elmer; sisters, Margaret and Virginia. She is survived by brother, Walter R. "Bud" Riker (Sally), Washington; son, William Facker (Marilyn), Oregon; daughter, Diana Fredricks (Todd), Texas; daughter, Sharon Facker, Texas; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Sandra was a wonderful and loving mother in law for me, as I am married to her son, Bill Facker. She loved her Heavenly Father very much and always tried to live her life every day to be pleasing and acceptable to Him. I loved her very much and I believe and trust that she is with her Heavenly Father and the other members of our Lord's Little Flock of consecrated believers. She was a wonderful example to me of a consecrated believer. I will miss her very much, and hope to see her in Heaven someday. Her son, Bill, is just as wonderful and loving as she was, and I love him very much too.
