Sandra "Sandy" Goulet

Sandra A. Goulet, age 76, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away at home on Thursday, September 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 6, 1948, in Toledo, Ohio, Sandy was the cherished daughter of Charles and Dorothy Everitt.

A proud graduate of Woodward High School, Class of 1966, Sandy embarked on a remarkable journey in the medical field. She dedicated 30 years of her life to Mercy Hospital, where she began her career in the Radiology Department, and eventually became a skilled Nuclear Medical Technician. Her unwavering commitment to her profession was evident throughout her years of service, leaving a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the patients she cared for. Following her time at Mercy Hospital, Sandy continued to use her expertise and compassion at Flower Hospital for 16 years before retiring in 2016.

Sandy's contributions to her community extended beyond her professional life; she was a beloved figure to those who knew her, known for her kindness, warmth, and dedication to family and friends. Her legacy will continue to resonate through the lives she touched. Sandy loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters. In her spare time, Sandy enjoyed going to her crochet club and shopping. She will be dearly missed.

Sandy is survived by her children, Stephanie (Rick) Tuttle and Jacob Goulet; grandchildren, Brianna, Katlyn and Emma Tuttle, and Roman and Kylo Spence; her siblings, Cliff Everitt and Carolyn Everitt; special niece, Andrea Everitt; best friend and cousin, Mary Jane; her chihuahua, Sam; and many other nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, Micheal; and her husband, Joseph.

Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon, OH, on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, in the funeral home, at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
