Scott Thomas Elder

Scott Thomas Elder, age 52, of Brook Park, OH, formerly of Toledo, OH passed away unexpectedly December 3, 2020. He was born March 10, 1968 in Toledo, OH. He owned his own business, Foundation Restoration Service, and was passionate about his work. He was a member of Cement Masons Local 886 and Christ Church Ohio in Elyria. Scott loved golfing, working out, shopping for great deal, having a meticulously clean truck and being with his new bride. He loved sunny warm weather. An excellent cook, he enjoyed preparing food for those he loved. He enjoyed life and had a big personality. Scott left a positive impression on everyone he met. Always making everyone feel welcome, included, and loved. Above all he loved his family so very much.

Scott leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Rebecca "Becky" Elder; children, Jessica, Brandon, Jacob, Casey and Grace; step-daughter, Stefania; grandson, Emerson; father, Thomas (Sue) Elder; mother, Judith (David) Lucht; sister, Lynn; and step-brothers, Bobby and Steve. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bryan.

Services for Scott will be held privately by his family.

Memorial donations may be given to A.D.A.M.S. House. Arrangements have been entrusted to David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home.
