Steven Regan Obituary

Steven John Regan

May 19, 1995 - April 6, 2025

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Steven John Regan on the evening of April 6, 2025, following a yearlong battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Throughout his journey, Steven faced each day with incredible strength and positivity, befriending every member of his care team along the way.

Known for his witty humor, engaging stories, and lively personality, Steven could strike up a conversation with anyone he met. He loved the outdoors and was happiest off-roading in Michigan or grilling and watching a Green Bay Packers game.

A loving father and husband, Steven married the love of his life, Megan, on August 14, 2021, and the couple welcomed their beautiful daughter, Lyla May, into the world on July 19, 2024. He worked alongside his amazing parents in the family Heating & Air Conditioning business and valued all the time he spent with family on and off the clock.

Steven was preceded in death by his cousin, Kyle Regan; grandmother, Joyce McLain; and grandfathers, William Regan, Francis Espinoza, and Robert McLain. He is survived by his daughter, Lyla May Regan; wife, Megan Regan; French Bulldog, Jacqué; parents, John and D'Arcy Regan; sister, Danielle Regan; in-laws, Frank and Susan Maynhart; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Everyone who knew Steven knows he loved grilling and bringing people together to share great food and laughter. In honor of Steven and his love for bringing people together, a Life Celebration will be held Saturday May 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., at the Sylvania Moose Lodge post #1579, at 6072 Main St., Sylvania, OH 43560. To carry forward Steven's memory, we are creating a memory book and would be grateful if you could share a fond, funny, or touching memory or story and/or a picture of you and Steven to be included. Please bring memory book contributions to the celebration or reach out to a member of the family to share via email.

Steven loved his family more than anything and would want to make sure they are always taken care of. In lieu of flowers contributions are preferred to be given in Steve's honor to the fundraiser that will benefit his beautiful 9-month-old daughter Lyla's future needs/education. You may contribute through the Urbanski Funeral Home website.

Steven's humor, compassion, and positivity will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Please join us in remembering and celebrating Steven's life.
