November 16, 1931 - April 26, 2025
Sylvia Marie (Zeller) Stein, of Peabody MA, widow of Nestor F. Stein, died Saturday April 26, 2025. She was 93 years old. Born in Toledo Ohio she was the daughter of Clarence and Thoretta (Carr) Zeller.
She is survived by three daughters, Lisa Littlefield of Londonderry, NH, Mary (Dan) McDonald of Peabody MA, Cathleen (Scott) Jillson of Amesbury, MA; three sons, Tom (Karen) Stein of Tewksbury, MA, Robert (Deborah) Stein of Ormond Beach, FL, William (Dorothy) Stein of Danville, NH; her sister, Ruth Alford of Frost Proof, FL; sister-in-law, Sheri Stein of Oldsmar, FL; 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 18 nieces and nephews, all whom she loved dearly.
She was predeceased by her parents; brother, Clarence "Bud" Zeller and his wife, Joan of Toledo, OH; brother Richard "Butch" Zeller and his wife, Patricia "Peanut" of Temperance, MI; brother-in-law, Jim Alford of Frost Proof, FL; sister-in-law, Joan Hacker and husband Harold of Rochester NY; brother-in-law, Paul Stein of Oldsmar, FL; and brother-in-law, Al Stein and wife Delores of Glens Falls, NY.
Family and Friends are invited to visiting hours at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody on Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and again at 9:30 a.m. Monday morning before leaving in procession to St. Adelaide Church for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Her burial will be held privately.
