Tammy was one of my closest teenage friends, and we were almost inseparable for two consecutive years. Of course as you move on pass high school you lose touch with some of your friends. From time to time we would see each other in passing and play catch-up with all that was going on in our lives from the last moment we spoke. Tammy was an open book and she was always helping others in need, she had a big heart which will be rewarded. I know that she will be greatly missed by everyone who was blessed with her presence. I would like to send my deepest condolences to the Carter family, the Stewart family, other family members, and all loved ones. Tammy will always be in our memories as well as having a special place in our hearts.
