Terrill King Obituary
He attended both An House of Prayer and Church of the Living God with his parents. Terrill remained an outgoing person with high standards with everything that he accomplished in his life. He had just begun a new career with Brown Automotive three months ago as a detailer.
He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Sylvia King of Swanton, OH; father, Lemuel (Janine) King of Holland, OH; daughter, Trinity King; her mother, Devon O'Neal; maternal grandmother, Mary (Lonzell) Freelon of Swanton; paternal great-great-grandmother, Inez Howell; 6 sisters, Treva Banks, Trina McCluney, Tanishla Peterson, Marquita (Trenton) Moreland, Jamie and Krystal King; 4 brothers, Tanis "Tyrone" (Latonya) McCluney, Terrance (Keiyonda) King, Jonathan Layne and Joseph Butler and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday 4-6 p.m. followed by wake services 6-8 p.m. Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, funeral services on Wednesday 11 a.m. Church of the Living God, The Piller, Ground of Truth, 2154 Collingwood at Bancroft, entombment Restlawn Cemetery.
Special thanks must be given to the Toledo Firefighters for their care and skills at the scene and Toledo Hospital emergency room staff for their outstanding care for Terrill and their compassion to his family. www.dalefh.com

Dear King Family
I am SO sorry for your loss. I just can't beleive it. I just found out yesterday. I am heartbroken, He was such a great person and so young. I went to school with Terrill (T.C) Rogers c/o 94 and it was such a pleasure to have known him. He always had something crazy to say to make me laugh and he was such a good spirited person. I know in my heart that God has taken my friend home. I just lost my father this year and I can truly say that the only place you will find comfort after such a great loss is in Him. I will keep you in my prayers. May God keep you and your family in his loving care

I met Terrill back in high school in 1993 - 1994 and I must say what I fine young man he was. He displayed great character, and always a joy to be around.I was glad to have him as a friend. My prayers are with you his family during this time. May God peace carry you through.

I would like to send my most heartfelt prayer out to Terill's family at this time. I went to school with Terill at Rogers. The loss of a loved one can be extremely devestating, and no amount of words can ease the pain that you are feeling at this time. Stay strong in the Lord, lean and depend on HIM, and know that Terrill is in a much better place.

Hi, Ms. King and Family.
Jeanette e-mailed me the link to TC's obituary yesterday morning, and called me yesterday afternoon to make sure I got it. When she told me he was 30, it made my back hurt a little (^: causing me to feel my age a little more, upon hearing he was already that old--even though he was yet too young to die). I will always remember him as that bright and shiny faced little boy that lived 2 doors down, and then grew up to eventually be a fine young man.
I am deeply sorry for your loss, and sorrowful that I could not be their to offer my condolences in person--especially in light of your kindness to us when Mom passed away.
God Bless You In Your Grief--And Also In Your Joy, As You Will Recover And Come To Remember Him Fondly...With Smiles And Laughter, Instead Of Tears.

I graduated high school with Terrill and played football with him since the 9th grade. TC always had a smile and was a joy to know and watch play. Although we lost touch over the years his passing has deeply touch my family and I. My prayers are with him and his family. May God comfort you in your time of need.

MAY YOU FIND COMFORT IN THIS TIME OF SORROW. TERRILL WAS SUCH A GOOD, KIND HEARTED PERSON. THERE WAS NOT ONE TIME THAT I WOULD ASK HIM TO DO ANY THING FOR ME, THAT HE REFUSED TO DO. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS MY STEP-SON, I ALWAYS FELT THAT HE WAS MY SON. HE AND I HAD A SPECIAL SAYING. I CALLED HIM BIRD LEGS AND HE CALLED ME ROY. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS ALLOWED TO CALL HIM THAT NAME, AND IT REALLY MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WE BOTH ENJOYED THIS SPECIAL BOND. T.C. WILL BE MISSED, AND ALWAYS LOVED.
