Thomas Chromik Obituary

Thomas R. Chromik, age 72, of Toledo, OH, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023 in his residence. Tom was born in Toledo on October 24, 1950 to Steven and Cecelia (Gawronski) Chromik. He graduated from Woodward High School. Tom worked as a Tool and Die maker. He then changed careers and went to Toledo Jeep where he was in the skilled trades working on robotics, and still employed there. He had many hobbies, race cars, speed boats, his corvette and sailing. His favorite vehicle was his white Dodge van. He was also a fan of the University of Michigan.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert; and sister-in-law, Lucia. He is survived by his fiance, Debbie White; brothers, Steve and Jim Chromik; and nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving friends in the Urbanski Funeral Home a LIfe Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Rd., Toledo, Ohio on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral services will begin at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private in Toledo Memorial Park.
