Thomas Gene
Thomas Gene Moser, 80, passed from this life Friday, May 22, 2015. Born in Toledo, OH, he was the son of the late Edward and Opal (Finkin) Moser. Thomas was a graduate of Libbey High School in Toledo and served his country in the U.S. Army during the late 1950s.
He was a retired (27 year) firefighter for the Toledo, OH Fire Department, retiring in 1988.
Thomas moved to The Villages with his wife, Mary Ann in 1997. He enjoyed golf and fishing but was most enthusiastic about motorcycles. He was a part of "Honda Family" and a member of the Nomads Motorcycle Club, The Villages.
Thomas is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Ann (Vogeli) Moser; a son, Andrew and wife Bonnie of Naples, FL, and four grandchildren, Zachary, Jessica, Joshua and Jacob.
Committal services with Military Honors will be held on June 8, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
