Thomas Worden Obituary

WORDEN

Thomas A.

Thomas Allen Worden passed away peacefully Monday morning, November 3, 2014, at home holding his mothers hand. Tom was born on August 9, 1971, to Judy Worden Snider and Thomas Head. Tom loved fishing and took trips to Fletchers Pond with his stepfather, Jack Barnes, who raised him since he was two years old. Tom loved animals, especially his 2 dogs who loved him back. His greatest joy later in life was his only grandchild.

Left to cherish his memory are parents, Judy (Dave) Worden Snider; stepfather, Jack Barnes; siblings, Jeremy (Catrina) Barnes and Trina Barnes; daughters, Anna, Samantha and Sara Worden; grandson, Jorden, and close friend, Carol Worden. Tom was preceded in death by his grandmother, Anna Worden.

Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, November 7, 2014, from noon until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. Interment will be private. Anyone wishing to offer memorial contributions are asked to consider Tom's children. Our family would like to offer a special thanks to Hospice.

Gone from this earth way too soon, but now resting in the arms of His Savior. We cannot possibly tell you how sad we feel for you Judy and all of Tom's family. You are blessed to have your own "saint" now resting in the arms of Jesus and looking out for all of you. God Bless you and ease your pain. Much love and many prayers for all of you.

Our family thanks everyones for all these messages of love and support, a month before my brother passed, the day he left the hospital and came to our moms home so we could care for him there, as was his request instead of going to hospice, they told us he had 1-2 days at most, we were all so greatful to have another month, we talked, laughed, he carved a pumkin with his girls...what a beautiful gift from god...until we meet again my sweet big brother....
