Timothy Davis Obituary
08/12/1952 - 10/10/2022
Timothy E. Davis, age 70, of Toledo, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022, at UTMC. Tim was born in Toledo on August 12, 1952, to Charles and Geraldine (Dobrzeniecki) Davis. He was a 1970 graduate of Woodward High School. Tim was an orthopedic technician at Cole Orthotics and Prosthetics for 20 years, he then became a paraprofessional for the Toledo Public Schools for 19 years. After retiring Tim could be seen as an usher for both the Toledo Mud Hens and Toledo Walleye. He was a die-hard fan of the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings. Tim also was very involved at Blessed Sacrament Church on the Youth Board and in coaching Baseball and Softball. His biggest blessing of all was his kids and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carol (2021); brother, James; brother in-law, Mike; in-laws, Joe and Ann Lewandowski; and his cousin, Bill Davis. Tim is survived by his children, Jennifer (Tom) Kruger, James (Cathy) Davis and Jeffrey (Kelsie) Davis; siblings, Jackie (Frank) Zychowicz, Dan (Gretchen) Davis, Barbara (Tom) Haudan, Charlene (Larry) Bauer, Tom Davis and John (Lynn) Davis. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Colsen and Chase Kruger, Caroline Davis and Beau on the way.
The family will be receiving friends in the Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Rd., Toledo, Ohio on Monday, October 17, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. where the rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Additional visitation will be on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in The Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 22240 Castlewood, Toledo, Ohio where the mass will begin at 11:00 a.m.

What a wonderful role model to the boys of Most Blessed Sacrament School. He dedicated his time volunteering to coach the young men long after his son graduated from there. Rest in peace and tell Carol hello.
