Tim Kwiatkowski, 60, of Maumee, passed away on

October 10, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born November 4, 1952, in Toledo to Charles and Sally (Burzynski) Kwiatkowski. Tim was a machine operator for Champion Spark Plug and Ronfeldt Associates. He was also an active member of the Maumee Fraternal Order of Eagles and Circle 8 Alliance of Poles. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. In his younger years, he bowled, was a pigeon jockey and played softball and darts. He was also an avid Notre Dame fan, visiting the stadium many times, the last on his 60th birthday with his family.

Tim is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Sandy (Lewandowski); daughters, Alison and Kara; sister, Linda (Frank) Bobroski; brothers, Patrick (Janice), David (Betty); many nieces and nephews, and faithful

companions, Boo, Seven, Butterfly, and Cash. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may visit at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy., on Sunday, October 13, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. with a Maumee Fraternal Order of Eagles prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin on Monday, October 14 at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at

Resurrection Cemetery. The family would like to thank The Toledo Hospital Cardiac Intensive Care and Intermediate Unit for all the compassion and care given to Tim during his illness.
