Troy Jr.



Troy Estell Jr., age 86 of Toledo, passed away June 30, 2014, at the Laurels of Toledo. Troy was born April 20, 1928, in Toledo, to Troy and Gwen (Molder) Estell. He worked as a Maintenance Foreman for Allied Chemical Company until retiring when the plant closed, after more than 40 years of service. Troy was a member of UAW local 12 and a life member of the Adams Conservation Club.

Surviving are his loving children, Troy (Debbie) Estell, Connie Estell and Tina Sohnly, and nephew, John (Melinda) Estell and their children. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Preceding Troy in death were his parents; his wife, Rose, and his brother, Kent Estell.

Friends may visit Saturday, July 5th from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral begins at noon in the Urbanski Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Road (North of Laskey), 419-475-5055. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Online condolences may be offered at
