Dear Luanna,
When you called to say that Bill had passed away I was too devistated to speak to you.
We were inseparable while serving in the Army during World War II; from basic training until almost three years later when we both ended our military service at Fletcher Hospital. He was Best Man at my wedding and I was Best Man at your wedding.
My memories of Bill will always live on. With sincere sympathy to you and your family.

It was with sadness that I read of Bill's passing. I remember so many wonderful times with your family. I always knew that my dad cherished his relationship with Bill & the entire Managhan family. In so many ways he considered them his family, also. My sympathy to all of you at this time.

To Luanna and the Foradas-Manahan families: May Bill's memory remain with you all and be eternal!

As his attorney, confidant and friend to both families, I watched his life from childhood playmate with my brother, Nick, to his marriage, and break away from Abbey-Etna to found his own company, and its expansion into a great metal fabricating facility of Northwestern Ohio.

He and Luanna raised a fine, loving family, of which he was the proudest! I was one of the fortunate friends who spent a few days with him at Isla Del Sol, which I will cherish whenever I have grouper for supper, Luanna.

May he rest in peace, free of pain and suffering, in his Heavenly Abode.

My memories of Bill are of a soft spoken, quick witted man with a wonderful sense of humor. He enjoyed a good joke and had a laugh that I'll always remember. He was very generous to me, always willing to lend me some golf clubs whenever I was in Florida. I truly enjoyed his company.
