I was researching fellow co-workers online and came across JD's obituary. I worked under him for a couple of years and during that time, I learned a great deal about the oil industry. I will always remember - JD had a story for everything! RIP Mr. Williams....

My prayers & thoughts are with JD and his family. JD was very kind to me when I worked for him at ASC before transferring overseas to Saudi Aramco. He was intelligent and had a great sense of humor; and most of all, was a guiding light for me and instrumental in sharing his knowledge and experience with me. I learned a great deal from JD and am forever indebted to him for his guidance and sharing his vast knowledge with me. My sincerest condolences to his family. May JD rest in peace and God bless his soul.

JD was a good friend and workmate at ASC 1980-85. He was bright, knew his business, had great humor, and was my mentor. His family will miss these attributes. I remain with good memories.

As the Home Health speech therapist that visited with Mr. Williams several times a week for many months, one thing I know for sure is how much he loved his family! He talked about how much fun his sisters were and that his niece and nephew were like his own children. He will be missed!

I know these last few years have been quite painful for JD. I'm thankful that he is now at peace. He was wonderful to work for and with at ASC. I miss his insightfully intelligent emails and the humor of sharing our dog stories with oneanother.
