I only met David one time but he seemed like a "Bigger than life kind of person". I grieve with Ron Reed for the loss of a child and applaud Eileen Reed for her unending care of Ron in his illness and grief. Ron and Eileen are two very special people in my life-May David's daughters be comforted-So young to lose their Dad.

Ron and family,
Please accept my deepest sorrow for the lose of your son David. I remember him spending time with you at Mini Motors back in the day. He was a nice young man. Nothing can take away the pain of losing a child just know that I am thinking and praying for you and your family .

Well Cuz. Just wanted to say thanks again for letting me "borrow" the Rush "Moving Pictures" album when I came passing through. I wouldn't have my fabulous taste in music without that push in the right direction.
Oh and I am pretty sure Uncle Ron knew exactly how fast we were driving those moped.
Your infectious attitude and ability to turn any momentum into great time will be missed.

David and I have known each other since we were kids, so there are so many memories. Ironic, when we first met my family had just moved to Slidell. His and Ronnie´s grandmother lived next door. I cried when he went into the Marines. We had always stayed in touch through all these years. If I let too much time go by, I´d hear about it! His last text was just before he got sick, and it´s hard to believe I´m not being asked why I haven´t reached out. I grew up having two extra brothers, and miss him terribly

Thank you and Cristi for sharing your wonderful girls with me and my co teachers in room 450 (Maria and Elenor). Every memory I have of Kids R Kids involves them. Both of you raised amazing girls and you should be so proud. They will always carry a piece of you in their heart.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I worked with Dave at Vermeer for several years and am sharing some photos I dug up of his time with us. He was always, always smiling. He will be missed.
