CASPER - Scott Cecil Spencer, 47, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021, in Salt Lake City, Utah. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3931 W. 45th St. Interment will be at the Highland Cemetery.
