Clarence Dull Obituary

Clarence William Dull, 90, of Easley, S.C., passed away at his home Sunday, July 9, 2023. Clarence was born in Scottdale. Clarence is survived by his sister, Geraldine Stape, of Mt. Pleasant; his sons, Jeffrey Dull, of Crabtree, Michael Dull and his wife, Marlene, and their two daughters, Brianna and Darlene, of New Alexandria; also his three daughters, Kimberly Thornton and her husband, Peter, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Sheila Dew and her husband, James, of Tulum, Mexico, and his daughter-in-law, Brenda Dull, of Derry. He is survived by his nine grandchildren, Vanessa, Justin, Spencer, Jessica, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Jennifer, Darlene and Brianna. He was the son of the late Gerald Alfred and Sadie Elizabeth Kesler Dull, and is also survived by five great-grandchildren. Clarence was the son of the late Gerald Alfred and Sadie Elizabeth Kesler Dull, of Scottdale. Also preceding his death were his son, Patrick WIlliam, his son, Todd Owen, and his brother, Elmer Dull Clarence was a man with a big heart. He had that rare gift of being able to strike up a conversation with anyone to brighten their day. He was an honorable veteran of the Korean War, serving his country with distinction. His hobbies throughout his life included tinkering with cars and gardening. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023, and a memorial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME, Easley, S.C.
