Jeffery W. Herb, 67, of Bradenville, died Sunday, March 18, 2018, at Select Specialty Hospital Latrobe. He was born Dec. 26, 1950, in Pottstown, a son of Katherine Klinger Herb, of Latrobe, and the late Curtis Herb. Jeff was a Coast Guard veteran, having served in Alaska. He was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and had worked at many of the restaurants in Ligonier. He was known for his Halloween wedding, being a fun guy and his signature dishes, lobster strudel, duck, cream soup and Linguine Luciano. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Tristine Cignetto Herb; two brothers, Mike Herb (Martha), of Washington, D.C., and Andy Herb (Sis), of Flanders, N.J.; sisters-in-law, Kathy Kelley (Jim), of Latrobe, Michelle Marchetti (Chuck), of Delmont, Sandee Williamson, of New Orleans, La., and Marilyn Clougherty (Michael), of Murrysville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no public services. McCABE FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Third Ave., Derry, is in charge of arrangements.
