Robert P. Bollinger

1938 - 2022

Robert Paul Bollinger, 84, of North Huntingdon, passed away, surrounded by his loving family, Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born June 23, 1938, a son of the late Earl and Mary (Maloney) Bollinger. Prior to his retirement, Bob was a salesman for Kmart and a veteran of the Army. He was a member of St. Agnes Church, VFW Post 781 and Norwin Lions Club. He enjoyed fishing, going to the gym and spending time with his family and grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond, Joe and Leo; and sister, Joni. He is survived by his sons, Robert (Rose) Bollinger and David (Maureen) Bollinger; daughters, Carol Giron, Mary Ann Bollinger and Megan (Greg) Bollinger; brother, Jack Bollinger; sisters, Gerry Isher Wood, Patty Painter and Dolores Balogh; grandchildren, Nicole, Heather, Samantha and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Urijah, Aiden, Noah and Mason; and former wife, Joyce (Christ) Bollinger. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA 15642.
