Joseph D. Lauer

Joseph D. Lauer, 59, of Saxonburg, passed away July 10, 2011 at his home. Born Feb. 27, 1952, in Punxsutawney, he was the son of Paul Lauer and Ann (Spinelli) Lauer. He had worked as a union laborer. He was an avid Harley rider. Surviving are his mother, Ann (Spinelli) Lauer, of Saxonburg; his son, Joseph A. Lauer, of Natrona Heights; his daughter, Melanie Sanchez, of Huntington Beach, Calif.; two brothers, Paul Jeffrey Lauer, of Worthington, and Robert (Cristina) Lauer, of Mars; and three sisters, Karen (Glenn) Fair, of Saxonburg, Linda (Van) Kozik, of Butler, Christina (Otto) Kessler, of Mt. Lebanon; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. There will be no visitation or services.
