DAVID CEBULA

David James Cebula David was born on October 18, 1958, to Anthony (Tony Sr.) and Nora Cebula in Tacoma, WA. He passed away on October 23, 2018, after a battle with pancreatitis. David graduated from Franklin Pierce High School and then moved to Yelm later in his life. During his high school years and as an adult he was an outstanding baseball and softball player. He also enjoyed coaching and hunting with his family. In 1994 he married his soulmate (Kim) and started his family, which he loved with all his heart. He is survived by his wife Kim Cebula; their children Kimberly Cebula, Kathryn Ratigan (Matt), David Anthony Scott, James Christopher, Richard, and Crystal (Ryan); and their grandchildren Preston, Claire, Marie, A.J., and Paisley. David is also survived by five brothers, three sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and a nephew. Dave will be deeply missed, by all his family and all his friends, for his commitment to family, his laughter, and his love of life. The funeral will be celebrated on Monday, November 5, 11:00 am, at Saint Columban Church in Yelm. The rosary will begin at 10:30 am. A Celebration of Life reception will follow.
