I am truly sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. Janke. My deepest sympathies to the family. Mrs. Janke taught me piano lessons for many years. She was very caring and patient. My time with her is one of my favorite memories!

Dear Carmen & Darlene & family: Both Corinne and I would like to sincerely send our sympathy to your family in the loss of your Mom. In growing up with your family at Life Center, and in living down the street from your parents and taking probably thousands of hours of piano lessons from your Mom, I can say that she will indeed be missed. I will forever cherish all the times when, after my piano lesson, your Mom would take the time to just sit and play piano duets with me in the music room. I loved doing that with her. We lost our Mom just last fall, so Corinne and I understand that this is not an easy time, no matter how much you think you might be "prepared" for them to "go home." God bless you all. --Barb (Hansson) Delorme and Corinne Hansson

My sympathy goes out to the Janke family. I grew up just a few doors down on North 8th, and have great memories of Doris and Vernon. Truly nice and beautiful people! May God bless you and keep you in His love during this time of loss.

Today is a sad day for me as I feel as tho I've lost my second mom. I have many fond memories of Doris as I grew up across the street from them. Mainly I remember the countless hours her and Vernon spent praying over me as a young teen, struggling for life and to recover from a devastating illness. Their countless hours spent with our family will be deeply cherished forever in my heart. Linda(Hoiland)& Luther Slinkard
