July 10, 1981 - May 27, 2024
Midvale, Ohio - It is with great sorrow that we mourn the passing of beloved sister, mother, and friend, Kristin "Kickin" Paskowski, of Lakewood, WA, at the age of 42.
Kristin was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Jane Paskowski, as well as her partner in crime and big brother, Michael (Mikey) Paskowski III. She is survived by her siblings Katie Paskowski of Arlington, VA, Matthew Paskowski of Juneau, AK, and Andrew Paskowski of Sandpoint, Idaho. In addition, Kristin deeply cherished and was most proud of being a mom to three beautiful daughters. Her love for her children was paramount, and that love will endure beyond earthly bounds.
While Kristin faced many challenges throughout her life, she did so with unabashed bravery and determination. Tragically, her struggles presented a burden too much to bear, and with her passing we hope and pray she finds everlasting peace. Kristin will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and love for friends and family. She was notorious for dancing to the beat of her own drum. As a child, her motto in life was described as "food, folks, and fun," a creed she continued to live by until her untimely passing on May 27, 2024.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 7th, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at Gaffney Funeral Home, 1002 South Yakima Ave, Tacoma, WA. A memorial service and interment will be held at 11am on Saturday, June 8th, 2024 at Calvary Cemetery, 5212 S 70th St, Tacoma, WA. A reception will follow at The Adriatic at Oakbrook, 8102 Zircon Dr. SW, Lakewood, WA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kristin's name to the Tacoma Humane Society.
