MATTHEW BROWN Obituary

Matt Brown aka Jeep McMuddy Was born in Seattle to Jean and Phil Brown on October 21, 1971, and a tragic accident at home took him to be in heaven with his Lord, on July 4, 2015. He was predeceased by his brother Steven, his grandparents George and Doris Robinson, and his Uncle Bill Robinson. He is survived by his wife Jennifer, two daughters, Abby and Anna, his parents Jean Unruh and Phil Brown, sister Kimberly Brown, many aunts & uncles, multiple cousins, and a host of friends and business colleagues. Matt attended Life Christian School, Foss High School, and after attaining Microsoft Certification, was an IT Manager with KPMG for many years, and most recently was IT Manager with Subaru, USA. Matt's ever present smile and keen sense of humor endeared him to everyone he met, and his larger than life personality will keep his memory alive for all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be greatly missed. A memorial Service was held in Vancouver on July 11.

Hey everyone. It's been nearly 10 years since you've all lost such an amazing human, and I will always be so very sorry. None of you know me, I spoke to Matt in this online group chat (I can't remember the name but it could've been firechat or something similar), there was about 6 or so of us that became regulars and checked in on each other, joked, spoke about life etc on a daily basis. I live in New Zealand and Matt was one of those few people that I would chat with. He was one of those few that helped me through having a sick newborn and the sleep deprivation. I wanted you all to know how feircly he loved you all, how beautifully he spoke about his family, and I guess I wanted you to know that Matt not only touched hearts of those around him, bit internationally as well. I hope you're all able to comfort each other over these next few days. My love and condolences, always.

Dear Jean,
So long ago when our sons, Matt and Willie Lancaster, went to school together and played on the skateboard at your house. Many good memories of Matts' ever fun, loving personality.
I am so terribly sorry for your unspeakable loss. My prayers go out to you and yours.

I'm sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathies for the family and friends of Jeep. You don't know me but i met Jeep on the web. My heart was broken when i got news of his passing. He was a very positive and happy go lucky guy. A true jokester that made the gloomiest days brighter. He spoke very highly of his life and the girls he was a father to and his wife. I know he loved you guys very much. I'm truly sorry. May God be with you always and you are able to find peace.

So sorry for your loss. Jeremiah 29 : 11, 12 says, " For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you, thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope. And you will call me and pray to me, and I will listen to you. "

My first remembrance of Matt are the many belly laughs he gave us with his quick wit and great sense of humor. Our hears are so heavy knowing the pain his young daughters, wife, mother, family and friends are going through from this tragic loss. Love to all of you.

Jen, you don't know me but I know the rest of family. I pray for the complete family when I pray for Joanie and Jeanne, and Kim. Lean on the everlasting arms of God. He will be there for you. Death means forever with God when you are a believer. I know Matt is in His arms now. God Bless. I will keep praying.
